Our modern bending machines and orbital welding machines, controlled by effective and efficient software, allow us to manufacture hydraulic piping systems in steel and stainless steel up to a diameter of 114.1 mm. Our product range also includes the installation of piping systems on board ships, in hydraulic steel structures or in industrial plants, followed by pressure tests and flushing the entire system until certified approval.
Producing pipes for your complete hydraulic system
The bending process
At our pipe production facilities, we can bend pipes up to a bending capacity of 90 x 4 mm fully automatically with our stationary mandrel bending machine. The maximum bending angle is 190 degrees with a maximum feed length of 4 metres. The automatic mandrel lubrication, the controlled twisting and the digital length measuring system for precise positioning meet the high quality requirements for pipe bending systems.
The welding process
At our pipe production facilities, we make welded joints using an automated welding process (orbital welding). We can weld pipes up to a pipe diameter of 114.1 mm in both the closed and open versions.
With these processes, we can guarantee high quality weld seams that pass X-ray quality tests. High repeatability and short production times are further advantages of the orbital welding process.
In addition to the automated welding process, we of course also offer pipe connection production using the following:
- Walform (Walterscheid/Eaton)
- EO 2 Form (Parker)
- Cutting rings
Our pipe warehouse
For pipe production, we always have around 3,000 metres of piping in stock for our customers in various grades and sizes. Material certificates for each pipe provide complete documentation of the manufacturing process. We only buy from reputable European pipe manufacturers and suppliers.
